It’s been a couple of week’s since Hurricane Ian made landfall in Southwest Florida.
Hurricanes are one of nature’s most destructive forces, wreaking havoc on communities, leaving behind a trail of devastation. In the aftermath of a hurricane, it’s normal and healthy to experience a psychological response to the storm.
However, it’s important to address these responses sooner rather than later so they don’t become more serious mental health crises.
